Duck, duck, loon... who will be the next quack voted into office?
Independence, Ore.(October 1, 2014) – Marquis® “The Ultimate Hot Tub Experience!™” is kicking off their own national election today, duck, duck, loon… who will be their next quack voted into office? Marquis® is on the hunt for a new duck or loon to replace the classic yellow rubber duck currently representing their hot tub brand. There are three candidates in the race this fall; Carl Canard, Quincy Quackenbush and Luther Loon. In addition, Marquis® is holding a drawing; anyone who votes will be entered to win a free hot tub!
“This time of year can be intense or stressful for those involved in politics. We wanted to select a new duck to represent our company, so we decided to run our own national election and lighten the mood,” said Jim Johnston, Marquis®’ Vice President of Marketing.
Anyone over 18 can vote, go to Marquis Spas Facebook Sweepstakes Page and select your favorite feathered friend. By voting you will also be automatically entered to win a Marquis e-Series 545 Hot Tub! The contest runs from October 1, 2014 through October 31, 2014. The duck winner will be announced on National Election Day, Tuesday November 4, 2014. The hot tub winner will be announced the following Tuesday on November 11, 2014.
