  2. If the inquiry or concern remains unresolved, contact the Manager or Owner of the Dealership.
  3. If the inquiry or concern cannot be resolved at the dealership level, please contact us, at the address below.
    1. Be advised that Marquis does not sell parts or chemicals directly to the public. Please contact your authorized Marquis Spas dealer for such purchases.
    2. Due to liability limitations, Marquis cannot provide consumers with troubleshooting, repair or wiring advice related to the installation or operation of any spa.
