Hot Tub Manufacturer Offers Discount Coupon and Make-A-Wish®Donation
Marquis® and Make-A-Wish partner for “Promise of a Wish” Campaign
Independence, Oregon. (April 12, 2019) – For the sixth consecutive year, throughout the month of April, industry-leading hot tub manufacturer Marquis Corp. promotes their partnership with Make-A-Wish®by offering a discount coupon for two different hot tub models inspired by the non-profit organization.
According to Make-A-Wish, April is known as “World Wish Month,” in which a month-long annual campaign draws awareness to their cause, encourages donations, celebrates past wish kids’ granted wishes, success stories, and brings hope into the lives of families with children suffering from critical illnesses. The capstone of the celebration is on April 29, deemed “World Wish Day.”
From April 1 – April 30, 2019, participating Marquis Dealers in the U.S and Canada are honoring an $850 coupon for consumers to put towards the purchase of either aPromise or Wish hot tub, hence the name, “Promise of a Wish.” In addition to the downloadable coupon, for every purchase of a Promise or Wish hot tub a $50 donation will be gifted to the Make-A-Wish.
“Make-A-Wish and Marquis have created wonderful memories for wish kids and their families for almost two decades,” said Holly Thomas, Vice President of Corporate Alliances at Make-A-Wish America. “The Promise of a Wish campaign helps us get closer to reaching our vision of granting a wish for every eligible child.”
The Marquis sponsorship of Make-A-Wish was inspired by 17-year-old Andrea’s wish in 2000 to have a hot tub in her backyard. The hot tub eased the physical distressfrom her chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Her wish inspired Marquisto help with similar wishes. So far, the sponsorship has generated over 860 wishes granted, and more than $5 million in spa donations and discounts for Make-A-Wish.
